1. Usage Rights
   All images provided are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

2. Download Access
   Clients are responsible for downloading their images before the gallery expiration date. After expiry, access may no longer be available unless an extension is arranged.

3. File Storage
   We recommend downloading and backing up your images promptly. OJ Martins Studios is not liable for lost files once the gallery expires.

4. Edits and Retouching
   Only the final retouched images delivered are authorized for public or commercial sharing. Additional edits by third parties are discouraged to maintain brand quality.

5. Sharing
   You may share your gallery link with friends and family, but the download PIN should be kept secure.

6. Copyright
   All images remain the copyright of OJ Martins Studios unless transferred in writing. You are granted limited usage rights based on your photography package.
